I have completed various specialization diplomas in State Public Administration, in Electoral and Government Systems, in Telecommunications Regulation, in Strategic Thinking and in Artificial Intelligence.I have more than 35 years of professional experience in the development of technology and innovation projects, as well as in strategic planning and project management processes, and more than 16 years of experience in the government sector.I currently direct Kineos Visión Estratégica, a consulting firm dedicated to the strategic planning of companies and organizations, and I participate in various management and advisory boards.
