I am in charge of the Manufacturing Facility. I developed and periodically measure a set of KPI's to assess the current and future capacity against demand. When needed I plan and lead projects for new capacity or continuous improvement to ensure quality and availability of the correct SKU's mix required by sales. I lead the production planning process through weekly meetings with the sales department to understand planned demand and lead daily meetings with the Supply Chain team to warranty availability of finished goods and raw materials as needed for production.

I was facilitator and teacher on the Future of Work Lab's Innovation Bootcamp (4 editions). We taught and shared tools on Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Scrum (agile methodologies). I am passionate about education and sharing knowledge and learning while teaching excellent professionals passionate about innovation.

Served as Product Manager and Product Owner at Urban Lab Effect, where we were developing a Software Educational Platform -Idukay.com-. I built relationships with new customers, early adopters specially, and define de developing RoadMap. I lead a 6 people team working to make education more fun, easier and shareable between the people involved in the process. Schools were and still are our most important customers and they help us to reach our real customers: parents, teachers and students. We are building a new educational social network.

Served as CEO of a local ERP distribution Company. Being a new Company and my first personally owned company I was in charge of Top Management, Sales, Operations, Human Resources and Accounting and Finance. Since our start in 2012 we built up a solid base of clients and double our team size. The initial business was replaced and we pivoted to another industry. During the last 2 years of the company we developed a product of our own and founded Urban Lab Effect S.A. with our star product Idukay.

Logistics and Distribuition Manager for the entire company one of the largest in Ecuador (Top 30). I developed strategies and processes to make sure the company fulfilled orders to every customer, including distribuition, sales, invoicing and payment collection. We had over 70000 customers around the country. Responsable of handling over $10 million in inventory, developing new technologies for controlling the 11 warehouses arround the country. During this time I designed and put live a new order fulfillment system, which was used as a basic design for the new order and transportation module implemented as part of the aquisition of JD Edwards ERP system. I was project leader for the implementation of JD Edwards ERP System.
