-Represented a leading travel management Australian company in its stock acquisition of the largest Mexican travel agency, acted as leading associate, managed due diligence, revised and negotiated the SPA. Deal value: USD $2.4M -Worked in the firm's Bank & Finance Practice Group, advising banks and other financial institutions on corporate governance and regulatory issues. One of our main clients is the Bank of the largest German automobiles manufacturer, which operation focused primarily in financing the acquisition of any of the models of said brand.

- Advised a U.S. global holding involved in the automotive manufacturing industry undergoing Chapter 11 procedures in the U.S. on their M&A and financing activity in Mexico. My advice consists in negotiating several Assets Purchase Agreements, over viewing the transfer of employees to the acquiring companies and negotiating with several creditors. Overall value of the deal USD $35M.- Advised a U.S. cosmetics company regarding regulatory, sanitary and corporate matters for importing and commercializing its breakthrough age-defying skincare products into Mexico.-Assisted on the advice provided to the third major tobacco world company to import a new cigarettes brand into Mexico. Investment made USD $10M.-Assisted on the advice provided for a global holding involved in the manufacturing for the automotive industry.-Advised a major European airline before the Mexican Aviation authorities in order to obtain a permit to operate within Mexican Air Space, along with regulatory procedures with respect the Mexican Aviation Law.-Assisted on the advice provided an international ground transportation company to establish its operation in Mexico in order to render international transportation services between the U.S. and Mexico. Projected investment USD $500M.-Advised a Mexican subsidiary of the largest Latin-American bank concerning Banking and credit regulations in order to issue credit cards. Investment made USD $55M.

- Assisted on planning and implementing complex funding’s processes and contractual projects.-Incorporations of Companies under Mexican law.-Coordinating tasks with diverse notaries for the formalization of corporate resolutions and foreign documentation.- Advised a major group of charter airlines regarding the new electronic procedure before the Mexican customs authorities.-Advised one of the leading business aviation services companies in the world to obtain a co-validation from the Mexican Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC) to operate as a Foreign Repair Station.- Advised the largest university press in the world and its Mexican subsidiary in a case involving corrupt practices in relation with a State University and compliance with the Mexican anti-bribery act and the UKBA.- Assisted on the advice provided to an Argentinean Holding company in a public procurement procedure by the Federal Ministry of Communications and Transportation in respect to the construction of a new airport in Cancun. The contract provides that any dispute that might arise is to be settled by arbitration in Danubia, a country that has enactedthe UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration and is a party to the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. The arbitral rules to be applied rotate yearly among the arbitration rules of co-sponsors of the Moot. In 2011 the applicable rules where the Milan rules, 2012 the revised CIETAC rules will apply.
