The Director of Corporate Investigations oversees and investigates a multitude of issues to include cases of fraud, internal and external theft, policy and procedure errors, practices and standards. This position is responsible for investigating, making conclusions and proving facts, both in instances of reported misconduct and in the pro-active investigation of instances such as theft and fraud.Job Responsibilities: *Conduct In-depth investigations involving both criminal and internal violations of company policy. This shall include gaming violations, cheating, scams and internal theft.*Manage, train, and support the Surveillance Audit Specialists and ensure completion of investigations or assignments they handle.*Analyze statistical data, surveillance video and other means of identifying areas of concern and investigate proactively.*With the VP of Corporate Security, oversee the company-wide program on protection from theft and fraud (Stop Loss/Theft Task Force). *Maintain excellent communications with General Managers, Surveillance Directors and Security Directors at each of the properties, working together to eliminate problem areas of concern.

Job Responsibilities: Oversees the total operation of the Surveillance Department in accordance with approved policies and procedures.  Informs management of violations involving company and departmental policies/procedures, theft, and other suspected criminal activity.  Interview and hire prospective team members. Evaluate team member progress and performance. Suspend and/or terminate substandard or unsatisfactory team members.  Ensure immediate action is taken on any situation, which might be illegal, life threatening, or otherwise extraordinary.  Review all applicable completed reports for timeliness, accuracy, and truthfulness.  Ensures proper camera coverage as required by gaming regulations.  Maintains complete familiarity with gaming regulations, the property’s Internal Control System, the departmental policies and procedures, and maintains a working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.  Maintain current information on known cheaters, advantage players, scams, and illegal methods of gaming.  Attend court, hearings, and other legal meetings, acting as a witness for Station Casinos, LLC., gaming regulatory agencies, or law enforcement agencies.
