With over 18+ years of design leadership experience, I've had the privilege of shaping and leading the vision, product strategy, and user experience in tech companies like Amazon and Meta, and innovative startups like Rippling and ThoughtSpot. I’ve built global design teams, processes, and cultures from the ground up, raised the bar for design, and scaled to 45+ person design teams, including product design, design systems, user research, content design, and brand design. My track record includes designing multiple 0 → 1 consumer and enterprise SaaS products, upleveling design quality, and driving growth in products ranging from $8M to $8B in ARR.As a leader, I unlock the collective creativity and human potential of teams to solve big problems, design useful, easy-to-use, beautiful products and user experiences that make our lives easier, more productive, meaningful, and delightful, and ultimately create significant economic value.
