    My core responsibility was to provide multi-state HR Generalist support to the operations division which consisted of approximately one hundred employees nation wide. Some of my duties included acting as the primary contact for managers & staff in matters relating to performance management, employee relations, and compensation. The success of this program relied on my ability to gain buy in from the managers and executives in the organization. I gained unanimous approval from participants and managers alike by providing tools and resources that could be implemented in their day-to-day roles.
