Lead a team of 11 cross-functional engineers responsible to optimize the Dash System by using optimization tools/techniques and Model Based Systems Engineering disciplines.

Resolve customer concerns and ensure that Customer Quality is never compromised. Reduce customer TGW's and Warranty and support quality initiatives. Lead operational responsibility for the PVT Exterior Engineers: Manage and prioritize the Manufacturing section's work assignments

Front and Rear Fascias development engineer.Looking for design improvements to increase quality and cost / weight optimization as well as design parts in order to comply with Corporate and Local Requirements for parts validation.Ensure design,cost, manufacturing and commercial targets providing direction to suppliers based Barcelona Spain and Cologne Germany, coordinate design verification plans, prototype builds and launch phase on Ford Valencia Spain assembly plant.Main Activities:1.
