After practicing yoga for 5 years, I have come to the conclusion that there will always be more to learn about the tradition. Practicing intensely for 2 years at Naropa University has now brought me to my life's work as a teacher and student of yoga. In the classroom, I am a gentle guide for students to follow comprehensive lessons and postures. What makes me different from my fellow yoga instructors is my extensive knowledge of the Hatha Yoga tradition, having studied Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, the Upanishads, and the Vedas as well as many other texts that bring an ancient tradition into modern day. Having worked in 3 different establishments of yoga I find in easy to integrate lessons from old traditions into the modern day postural practice.
