In a land far, far way there…..just me Al, an experienced Auto Shop C.E.O with over 32+ years industry experience. Working for Honda and Acura in the past years has been great as it has allowed me to get involved in all areas of auto repairs, including maintenance, diagnostics and repair of various brands of vehicle years prior. My current role as shop owner has taught me valuable lessons in finance, organization and training of staff to achieve leadership levels. All this made me able to be challenged with our ever-changing industry and adapt staff and provide the best customer experience, by utilizing my strong communication skills and leadership in every position and role. I don’t just say I have a positive attitude, I live with a positive attitude. I’m a man of faith, integrity, and ethics. I try to be better and embrace my limitations as just something I need to work on. Still a student!
