As a Country Supply Chain Analyst, I am responsible for integrating and optimizing supply chain processes at a national level to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business goals. My responsibilities include analyzing supply chain performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to streamline inventory management, replenishment, and product availability.Key aspects of the role include:• Ensuring the smooth flow of goods across retail units, customer distribution centers, and stores.• Leveraging data insights to forecast demand, manage replenishment levels, and prevent stock imbalances.• Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance supply chain strategies and support customer satisfaction.• Driving initiatives that reduce costs while improving efficiency and availability.This role allows me to combine strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring a seamless supply chain experience across the country.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including designers, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless operations and business alignment. • Serve as the main point of contact for sales analytics and business planning, including services, financing, and customer offerings. • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies and action plans to drive operational efficiency and achieve growth targets. • Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective inventory management, timely deliveries, and optimized supply chain processes. • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives. • Lead project management efforts to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction through operational improvements. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer experience. • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Serve as the backup to the Supply Chain Manager, overseeing department operations, including supply chain management, shipping, and inventory control. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to secure product availability, aligning with country-specific campaigns and local store activities. • Act as the primary contact for all range administration and operational supply-related inquiries. • Provide detailed reports and follow-ups to the commercial and management teams on key operational processes, such as product phasing in/out, overstock management, and addressing non-central shortages.

• Plan and schedule inventory counting cycles, creating counting filters based on stock discrepancies to ensure accuracy. • Support the Goods Flow Manager in analyzing stock discrepancies as part of the overall inventory management process. • Lead monthly meetings to provide updates on the store’s overall inventory standing and performance.

• Supervise the daily operations of goods flow to ensure efficient and safe processes. • Arrange inbound container queues based on store priority, need, and capacity to optimize workflow. • Manage data entry for inbound/outbound shipments and stock movement within the store.
