I am currently working at CGL Stockton Drug & Alcohol Service as a Receptionist/ Administrator and I am now looking for immediate employment in the Newcastle area due to recently relocating to Wallsend. I have a variation of skills due to numerous job roles within the past which demonstrates my versatility, ability to pick up new tasks quickly and my willingness to challenge myself in new environments. Prior to working as an Administrator at CGL, I worked here as a Recovery Co-Ordinator where I looked after 55 clients with opiate addictions and helped them through recovery. I have 10 years of administration experience that I have gathered from working in the NHS as well as working as a Health Care Assistant in Roseberry Park mental health hospital. I have an NQV Level 2 in Business & Administration that I completed at Teesside Combined Crown Courts working on the Enforcement section. From working within these roles, I have developed skills dealing with technology, liaising with professionals, managing diaries and working to deadlines. As well as my time working within administration, I have spent time working in sales as a shop assistant in places such as LUSH and OUTFIT which has helped me to develop confidence in communicating with people from all avenues. Alongside my full time employment, I have a lot of hobbies that I have been able to turn into small businesses that I run in my spare time alongside my work. One being a holistic health service. I am trained in reiki healing, sound healing and crystal healing and I have carried this out since 2019 holding my own events, managing a diary system for myself and working 1-1 with clients. As well as my passion for healing, I run a small online boutique where I sell necklaces and hand made items from myself which I sell online as well as curating my own fayres around the North East which involves scouting for local talent, creating events online, hosting face to face public events as well as handling my own social media platforms and promoting my events on social media.I am a very honest, kind and open person and I feel that this helps when working with people on a daily basis from all avenues. From within administration and customer service I have developed the skills to be able to communicate with people of all ages and culture as well dealing with multiple communication forms such as face to face, email, telephone and post. I believe I am confident in approaching people and I am empathetic and understanding when communicating with people.
