We address the “pioneer gap” with both monetary capital (ADAP Capital LLC), and ongoing advisory support (ADAP Advisory LLC). ADAP focuses on the needs of entrepreneurs and their business models and supports them to create the foundations necessary to have companies capable of generating financial returns as well as achieving massive social impact. We are driven by empathy, understanding the challenges of early-stage business and the complexity and messiness of extreme poverty. ADAP invests with an inclusive approach with 56% of the portfolio having women founders and 78% of the Founders being entrepreneurs of color. Utilizing its proven "4 Hour Due Diligence Process", the focus is on building strong authentic trust relationships between investors and entrepreneurs.
