ADI Strategies was a US-based consulting firm specialized in EPM solution implementations ranging from strategic planning, planning, & budgeting, financial close and consolidation, profitability and cost management, and data analytics. I joined ADI's UAE team to lead ADI's Planning & Analytics practices in the Middle East region.I designed and led the delivery of major EPM solution implementation projects for both private and government sectors. I led strategic planning and business development activities of the practice. ADI Strategies was acquired by Huron Consulting Group in H2 2016. Acquisition of Huron Middle East was completed in April 2017.

United Arab Emirates

Following the successful completion of the Zero-Based Budgeting project at Ministry of Finance, I was offered to join MOF to continue and enhance MOF’s Performance Management journey. I joined MOF along with the project delivery team. During my time at MOF, I designed and led a number of public sector performance management projects including a government-wide business intelligence implementation.

Following the acquisition of Paragon Consulting by PWC, I joined PWC as a Consulting Manager where I led the EPM advisory team under the Performance Improvement practice. I've led a number EPM implementation projects both in private and public sector, prepared proposals, performed full-cycle presales activities. I also took part in a number of business development and proposal preparation activities in massive transformation engagements.

Paragon Consulting was Europe's largest EPM solution provider. I've joined Paragon as a senior consultant and quickly promoted to Consulting Manager role where I led the regional EPM practice. I have led many large scale EPM solution implementation projects, prepared countless number of proposals and performed various presales activities. I've also helped overall business development activities of the EPM practice and in broader Performance Improvement line of service. The company was acquired by PWC at the end of 2009. Paragon Consulting Middle East transition to PwC was completed in April 2010.

Keysoft was Turkey's largest provider of enterprise performance management solutions. I worked at Keysoft as an EPM consultant and took part in a number of large-scale EPM transformation and system implementation projects. In addition to learning key functional and technical skills around EPM, I've also gained strong understanding of various industries including telecommunication, insurance, manufacturing, automotive.

Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence consulting. Extensively used, Microsoft SQL Server, Data Transformation Services (DTS), Microsoft Analysis Services, Crystal Reports, Cognos and Panorama software.
