Current• Ensure documented use cases represent business needs & requirements• Work with Development Managers, Product Owners, Program Managers, and Architects in scoping and sizing of projectsSkillsets : • Proficient in DCO tools & techniques for capturing Business Requirements for Pega applications• Knowledge of Pega software & functional design using Pega• Strong technical and communication skills• Presentation, flowcharting, documentation expertise• Banking/finance domain knowledge• Fluency with MS Visio/UML• Awareness or experience of various industry SDLC methodologies such as: Agile, Waterfall • Requirement capturing and visual modeling skills • Excellent power point skills • 7+ years of IT experience including 3+ years of Pega Architect experience• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role with Case Management software such as , Pega• Strong understanding of Pega methodologies• Support to design test cases and testing• PRPC Flows, Activities, Repots and Correspondence Works with the application development team to create functional designs. • Design and configure case types-stages-processes and regarding stepsBeing an analyst of former projects :• Non-performing loans (NPL) and credit monitoring applications analysis• NPL application migration project analysis• Warranty letter-NPL integration analysis• Credits payment plan analysis for Cyprus branches• Several integrations of NPL application• Gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pegasystem software and DCO capabilities Collection of collateral development project analysis• Real Estate pool for commercial credits project analysis with PEGA PRPC• Drive Pega DCO sessions and guide the clients in the journey to build transformational roadmap of Retail-consumer loans - instant credits migration project with PEGA PRPC
