- Responsible for all WCM (World Class Manufacturing) / continuous improvement activities at both plants (Ankara & Erenler Plants)- Lead and coordinate WCM audits - Develop, support & sustain knowledge, methods, tools for 14 different WCM pillars (including Safety, Health, Cost Deployment, Focused Improvement, Workplace Organization, Autonomous Maintenance, Professional Maintenance, Quality Control, Logistics, Early Equipment Management, Early Product Management, People Development, Environment, Energy)- Improve & sustain continuous improvement culture

- Responsible for management and outputs of all Driveline (powertrain) Assembly & Test operations- Increase and sustain efficiency, production capacity, safety, quality metrics of the area- WO (Workplace Organization) Pillar Leader

- General coordination and reviewing all activities of New Plant Project with Construction, Process, Facilities, Planning, Purchasing, IT, HR team members- Specifying critical paths, developing solutions and reporting periodically to Steering Committee- Coordinate and organize transfer of tractor assembly lines from Ankara to Erenler Plant- Responsible from transition to serial production at Erenler Plant

- Cotton Picker Equipment Project Management

- Responsible engineer for several assembly lines and operations (driveline assembly, before paint-after paint lines, test operations etc.)- Leading improvement projects / kaizens for improving efficiency, cost, quality, safety, 5S metrics- Training shop floor for continuous improvement tools and techniques (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Problem Solving Tools etc.)- Active member and area responsible of Focused Improvement (FI), Workplace Organization (WO), Quality Control (QC), Early Equipment Management (EEM) Pillars
