As a Production Manager within Stop Group; -Product Development -Design -Sourcing -Planning -Production Tracking -Shipping Planning -Technical Support -Documentation -Assembly and Commissioning -R&D and Innovation -Technical Consultancy I managed all the steps from the idea stage of a product to its entry into service of the user and then to its most efficient use. In this process, I had the opportunity to be in product development, R&D and innovative approach depending on customer feedback. Here, I developed my experiences in the security system equipment we manufacture; Metal and processing methods, Hydraulic-Pneumatic systems, Electrical-Electronic systems. In this job, I developed myself in the Autocad and Solidworks programs I use for design and even provided the status of preparing projects at NATO level and being registered as a NATO Project Engineer. I developed myself in the use of ERP Systems. I developed myself in personnel procedures.

After completing my internship to perform the Commandership duty on the ships affiliated with the Coast Guard Command, I was appointed as the Ship Commander. As the Ship Commander; I worked as the primary responsible for ensuring that the ship was administratively and technically ready. Since I was the independent unit commander, I represented the institution to the civil, administrative and legal authorities of 2 Cities and 6 Districts within my scope. I worked as the responsible for ensuring that maritime jurisdiction areas were in peace and security within the framework of the law in terms of judicial and administrative aspects. During this process, I completed my duty at the highest level within the scope of all possibilities by receiving the appreciation of all my superiors. In addition to all these, during my 3-year Ship Command, I ensured that my ship completed its duties without any negative situations such as accidents, etc. since I was also the Captain of the ship.

I worked as the 2nd Engineer and Chief Engineer on 4 different ships of 3 different types affiliated to the Coast Guard Command.In these duties;Main propulsion systems, Electrical and Electronic systems, Fire and Damage Control Systems maintenance/repair and maintenance.Installation and operation of Planned Maintenance Systems, Safety and Accident Prevention System, Quality Management systems.Training, discipline and planning of affiliated personnel.All technical purchasing, specification preparation and work follow-up, especially the preparation and proper maintenance of technical cost tables.For all these works, I worked within the institution, responsible to the Ship Commander.
