1850 km of cross country pipeline, consist of 1380 km of 56” and 470 km of 48” pipeline from Georgian-Turkey Border (From SCPx Project) to Greece – Turkey (To TAP Project) border, include 2 Compressor stations, 4 metering stations, offshore Dardanel crossing (Twin 19 km of 36” offshore pipeline), 49 block valve stations. 58% share of SOCAR, 30% share of BOTAS, 12% share of BP. Achievements; Develop Project overall QA/QC strategy, philosophy and quality requirements including site and shop inspection requirements for Company, EPCM (Worley Parsons), Construction Contractor and Vendors.  Establish Company IMS consist of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Ensure implementation of Company QMS. Plan and Conduct Internal and External audits.  Manage QA/QC resources consist of 25 head office expat and local national employee including specialist, engineers from all disciplines i.e. NDE Level III, Welding Engineer, Vendor Package Lead, Consturuction Leads, Coating Specialist, E&I Engineers, QA Engineers; and approx. 120 site based inspectors from all disciplines in onshore, offshore, stations, telecom and scada activities.  Plan estimated Project QA/QC budget, schedule and manage QA/QC bugdet (approx. $ 45M) include 2 nos Third Party Inspection Company, 2 nos Consultant Company. Measure, analyses the trend analysis of Construction Contractors and Vendors; and take necessary pro-active actions to eliminate, decrease the defected works.  Participate engineering reviews, contructability reviews.  Review and endorse DVRs, TQs raised by Construction Contractors and Vendors. Promote Pipeline contractors to implement ECA (Engineering Critical Assessment) as per API 1104 Appendix A. Review the requirements of WPS, PQR, Welder Qualifications, PMI. Ensure Project Quality Documentation (plans, procedures, ITPs etc.) issued by EPCM Contractor, Construction Contractors and Vendors reviewed and endorsed. Provide inputs for commissioning strategy and process.

Technocenghiz Oil Refinery Project Pressure Vessels Fabrication at CIMTAS Gemlik/Bursa-TURKEY & AD-DEMIREL İzmit-TURKEY. Inspect fabrication activities on behalf of Technochengiz Oil Refinery Project’s contractor PFD as a 3rd party inspection of pressure vessels and waste heat boiler, from material receiving stage to shipment stage in CIMTAS Factory. Inspect fabrication activities opn behalf of Technochengiz Oil Refinery Project’s contractor PFD as a 3rd party inspection of thermal oxidizer unit from material receiving stage to shipment stage in AD-DEMIREL Factory. Monitoring pressure vessels fabrication as per ASME code. Reviewing approved drawings, quality procedures, NDT procedures, material certificates, heat treatment charts, NDT results and Radiography Films, and fabrication, fit-up and welding activities. Wittnessing dimensional controls, welding activity visual controls, hydrostatic tesiting, painting and shipping preparation activities of pressure vessels.

JORMAG- MgO Plant Turn Key Project  Prepare quality procedures, WPS’s and PQR’s. Follow up NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) tests. Preparation of hydrostatic est packages for pipes as per ASME B31.3 and tanks as per API 650. Inspection of pressure vessels and tanks erection (API 650) and welding as per ASME Section IX standard. Inspection of Steel Structure for Torque Inspection and find solutions for field troubles. Inspection of sandblasting and painting of tanks, vessels, silos, pipe and steel structure. Guide all construction disiplines to follow the quality of the work and prepare the relevant reports. Maintain quality records and handover dossiers.  Monitor and follow-up the commissioning activities.
