I earned my bachelor's degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from Akdeniz University. Prior to that, I held a bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Balıkesir University. I had the opportunity to work at Akra Barut Hotel, one of the top 5-star hotels in Antalya, alongside Executive Chefs Abdullah Alparslan, Bilal Güngör, and the renowned Chef Tolga Atalay. I worked as a Demi Chef in the Cold Kitchen, Breakfast Kitchen, and the Cuban-themed à la carte kitchen. Later, I began working at Miracle Istanbul Asia Hotel in Istanbul as a Demi Chef in the à la carte kitchen, eventually progressing to the position of Chef de Partie. Afterward, I assumed the role of Kitchen Chef and left the hotel. Currently, I am working as a Head Chef at Dekalb Hotel and Restaurant in the Istanbul Bosphorus region. I have an English language proficiency at B1 level
