The main roles of the team:- Energy IoT Platform is not a packeted software, this can be developed by user feedback and neccessaries. Here, I organize customer meetings aimed feedback to supply best experience for the users.- Working together with the user to determine energy using habits and configuring the Platform with respect to these habits. When I say configuration I mean set alarms, automatic reports, user specified graphs, notifications etc. over the Platform.- Technical support for the users who use Energy IoT Platform,- Coordinating of the energy performance reports periods.- Preparing case studies, white papers and application notes by cases detected over the Platform, to create habits aimed energy efficiency.- Detecting not only problems based energy using habits, but also operational and technical problems and report them to the user, suggesting more efficiently progress.
