Corp.For current manufacturing proceses making improvements of quality and performance, reducing general production expenses.Taking permanent actions to eliminate root causes about occured quality issues.In order to support marketing department for RFQ's recieved from customers, making studies of cycle times, toolins, fixturing, gauging and measuring system studies for future parts. Tracking the fixture making, tooling purchasing, gauging purchasing, prototype casting,sample manufacturing issues of the new part projects according to the comited project plans.To achieve the best cycle time, quality and expenses for current parts and new projects seeking for; Best manufacturing method, Best manufacturing machine Bext fixturing Best cutting tool Best machining parameters Best measuring system and methods.Controlling and approving the manufacturing instructions and drawings prepared by method specialists before the release.Coordinating the flow of information of revised of parts from customer to shop floor by manufacturing instructions.Preparing and improving of packaging standarts in order to provide safe and reliable shipment and shopfloor loading.Making layout studies to reduce non value added transport activities. -

I was employed in TECHNOcast as Quality Engineer for about one and half a year. During this time I accomplished objectives like these:-Implementing the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System to plastic injection and assembly divisions of the factory.-Composing the procedures, instructions and building a controlled document structure.-Writing quality control plans about outsourced parts,plastic injected parts and groupped parts for costumer satisfaction and sustaining reliable production.-Setting a traceability system up with cooperation of planning department.-Assuring the reliability and repeatability for measuring equipment.-Setting a sample storing systematic from production lots.-Doing analysis of process capability for new parts with MINITAB.-Doing analysis of machine capability for new machines or overhauled machines with MINITAB.-Applying SPC methods by using the control charts at operator level for online control of process and training the machine operators for measuring production parts. -Analysing measurement systems with MINITAB for repeatibility and reproducibility of system ; solving problems about measuring systems. -Monthly analysis of the production forms for improperty reasons and reprorting them by Pareto analysis in MINITAB and having role in solving problems .-Training the personel for using Mitutoyo CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine and implementing the machine to system. -Preparing and introducing the Quality Management System of the factory as the management representative for system audits of customers.
