- Lead the credit team which is responsible from the whole credit evaluation and monitoring processes within the organization,- Perform regular credit analysis of counterparties in 32 different countries across Europe including SEE region and Turkey,- Make clear recommendations to leadership about credit lines, collaterals and other conditions in-line with the corporate credit policy,- Lead collateral and contract negotiations (e.g. CSA, bank and parent company guarantees etc.),- Create a monthly credit risk report as well as ad-hoc executive summaries and notes for top management in order to present current and potential credit related risks,- Play lead role in updating and implementing credit policy, validating scoring model and overviewing the whole credit process in order to improve the overall credit risk quantification, - Carry out regular portfolio analysis, monitor country and region specific risk concentrations and follow up credit ratings of counterparties, - Closely monitor market and counterparty news&updates and take proactive actions when needed, - Cooperate with other internal stakeholders including Front Office, Legal&Compliance and Finance to ensure effective credit risk management and play lead role in training of sales&trading teams on credit risk in order to increase the risk awareness across the organization.
