I gained 11 years of experience as a Research and Development Engineer at Boğaziçi University, Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute, Geophysics Department. As an occupational safety expert, in projects designed by the Kuzu Group (Sea Pearl Project), Kazancı Holding (Aksa Power Generation Plant), Cengiz and Kolin Holding (electrical failure and investment activities in Istanbul European Region), Sudesan Detergent and Cosmetics. I am working for Avient Corporation. Main job responsibilities: Conducting field controls and implementing safety plans, planning trainings in accordance with legal regulations and following field actions, making documentation on legal occupational health and safety in the light of relevant standards (RC14001, ISO14001:2004, ISO45001:2018/OHSAS18001:2007, ISO9001:2008). In accordance with the regulation planning non-conformities, preparing and implementing risk analysis, risk assessment and emergency action plans based on the production site and fields of activity, organizing occupational health and safety committee meetings, following up the periodic controls of work equipment. I also have an active role in quality assurance processes based on ISO9001 standard.
