I am a researcher and a problem solving person. I always believe that there is an easier way of doing the job and I do research to use all the possibilities and conditions at hand to achieve this. If the conditions at hand are not suitable, I report this to my senior manager so that the conditions are better by doing research. Therefore, I completed my master's degree in organic chemistry because I like to deal with difficult issues. Thanks to the thesis work I carried out, I was in the process of publishing the article 'A novel cationic gemini surcfactant with amide group:synthesis and micellization behavior in aques solution'.I usually have an interest and concern as to why the questions and hotspots happen. For this reason, I am defined as hardworking-decisive-disciplined-curious in all the sectors I work in and by my colleagues.For this reason, I started my master's degree in the Department of Polymer Science and Technologies at Hacettepe University in 2021 to clarify more advanced analysis methods and processes in the tire industry where I have been working for the last 4 years. My aim is to determine the process conditions according to the rubber content and mechanical test results before test production with the new methods I learned. In addition, to ensure that this subject is documented by ensuring its standardization.I have been working as a senior engineer in the extrusion and analysis department in the production techniques department for 4 years.I started to work as an extrusion and analysis engineer at Sumitomo Rubber Industry. I made improvements in the current process conditions and determined the root causes of chokotei. After the stabilization of the process conditions, I set up the technician team and created the shift system. In this way, I reduced the chokotei produced in production by 64%. In this process, I made process optimizations for the realization of VW passat-VW polo-VW Troc-Jeep Compas-Tipo Cross-Audi A3-Audi Q3-Toyota CH-R-Toyota Corolla projects. This allowed me to perform process optimizations by using all the analysis methods I have acquired for optimization processes. I prepared the Standard-Working Instruction-FMEA-Control Plans and Flow Charts of all the activities and kaizens, and provided the documentation.
