Providing guidance to help them excel, and constructive feedback where necessary while nurturing a collaborative environment.• Leading, mentoring and coaching a team of product managers and UX designers to solve business challenges, manage feature dependencies and maintain architectural integrity.• Defining and promoting product feature design processes and documentation formats to provide feature integrity and a standard feature communication • Guiding, inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts while playing a key role in organizing and communicating their work across the organization• Managing entire product portfolio feature development lifecycle in a scaled agile framework with collaboration of 80 people team formed of product managers, program managers, architects and development teams.
