At Concentrix Turkiye, my leadership over IT environments has enabled service delivery to approximately 16,000 users across the MET region. Our team's commitment to optimizing services has been pivotal in ensuring the performance and availability of systems spread over seven locations. With the collaboration of 85 team members and three managers, we've fostered a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.My role involves crafting technology strategies that align with organizational goals, conducting IT risk management, and managing vendor relationships. The success of our IT operations is reflected through robust partnerships with global and local cross-functional teams, streamlining processes that accommodate diverse professional areas and generations. This has established us as a key player in manufacturing process improvement and IT infrastructure management.
