This position requires a vast range of jobs to be done at the same time plus satisfaction by the staff. Variety of the jobs at different qualification requires opposite skills. In addition continious changing character of structure doesn't allow you to put things in routine.In spite of this, I created a system that allows me to assign tasks to drivers equally, So there is no restlessness among them which might be caused due to imbalanced workload. This system also allows me to measure their personal performances as well. In addition with a single look I can see workload of 15 days before and after today so I can arrange and/or chance the program.I also improved the logbook & fuel consumption system which takes much more less time then previous application and gives well coordinated result which is usefull for financial calculations. I make hotel and flight reservations. I also have a petty cash for urgent expenses during day. In addition I follow supporting documens for the finance in order to make payments for expenses, flight and hotel payments.I arrange various meetings, workshops at hotel including transportations, reservations, informing attanders, sitting order, menu, etc.Before downsizing at 2024 I had 7 vehicle and supervise 7 full time and 2 part-time drivers & 3 cleaning Ladies and 1 mechanic, total 13 personel. I'm also responsible vehicles's annual maintenence & HGS tags etc.I also have supporting relations with other offices at different cities and since I'm the senior among them, they apply me for solutiouns. In addition when needed newcomers are sent to me for orientation by their supervisors. I must confess that I owe this success to my excel skills which I can create reports on tasks given and performance of the staff & drivers from different points of view. And data processing capabilities. Other tasks can be accepted as secondary relatively.

• Operation of export operation and shipping documents• Examination of letters of credit• Informing the relevant units for the incoming letter of credit (informing the manager and other export personnel)• Making changes in letters of credit if necessary• Negotiating with banks for the transfer of letters of credit• Distribution of work to be given to personnel and follow-up of processes• Control and reporting of prepared documents(packing list, origin, proforma invoice etc.)• Control and approval of transportation-shipping invoices• Follow-up of letter of credit terms• Correspondence – preparation of document templates• Establishment of export and operation processes• Making reports• Informing the customer of the loading details• Tracking each shipment from DIIB by deducting it in KG.
