The past 15 years out of my 20 years of experience, I have assisted companies on commercial matters with a focus on contract drafting and negotiations. My consultation practice involves counselling on disputes in the areas of trademarks and intellectual property, software industry (including SLAs and SaaS), mega construction projects -complex projects-, in addition to reviewing and drafting various types of agreements in order to prevent potential disputes that could lead to expensive litigations and/or brand damage. I also act in domestic and international arbitrations under the ICC, SIAC, ICSID, ISTAC and ITOTAM rules.My practice, since 2004, focuses on:Contract Drafting & Negotiations;Construction Law & Intellectual Property Law & IT Law;Company & Commercial Law;Turkish Personal Data Protection Law;Litigation Arbitration & Mediation & International Commercial.Throughout my career, I have been part of exponential construction deals including nuclear power plant agreements and consulted companies in complex projects under the FIDIC Contracts (Red, Yellow and Silver Books), ECCs, state contracts and custom-made contracts.I assist software companies and start-ups in drafting and negotiating various types of contracts such as SLAs and SaaS. Regarding Personal Data Protection Compliance, over 200 projects have been completed under my supervision. Provided services to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, import and export companies, manufacturers, factories, e-commerce companies, schools etc. I also undertake to admonish and help companies to protect brand names, succeed in preventing intellectual property-related infringements to maintain goodwill and reputation safe and clean and establish and maintain efficient and profitable business relationships.
