I have worked for MAPFRE Group from 2014 to 2021. I undertook different initiatives at Operations Area. My career path in MAPFRE Group started in Genel Servis Repair Shop (51% of Genel Servis belongs to MAPFRE Group). I had an amazing opportunity to learn the business with hands-on experience.I have spent 6 months in this role and I was involved in Repair processes and observed all steps of the claims journey of the clients. This experience gave me a new point of view customers journey.Afterwards I had transfered to the MAPFRE Head Office and assigned to the “Providers As Brand Ambassadors” Project as a Business Lead. With this responsibility, I established Provider Management Functionality under Operations Area align with Corporate Guideline. During the Project, I used advantage of my Repair shop and Field management experience. At the same time, I established Analyze and Reporting Unit under Providers Area and created Motor and Home Claims Data Ware House with the support of Business Intelligence Team.During this time I was chosen as a participant of several Committees in the company (Digitalization Committee, Motor Claims Committee, Innovation Committee RPA Hub.)At my last year in the company , the operational control and efficiency unit was established and I was assigned as a Department Manager to this department. With this assignment, I undertook the responsibility of all operational Area activities’ efficiency and controlling facilities such as Policy Issuing, Health Claims Control, Health Providers Cost Containment, Motor Claims Controlling Motor Providers Cost Containment, Contact Center Controlling..The main keywords of my capabilities are #innovation, #efficiency, #cost optimization, #network management, #productivity, #agile management, #team management, #data analysis, #market practice, #costsaving.I was working with a team that includes 12 people to manage all this responsibilities.
