KYM International (KYM INT'L) is a non-governmental international humanitarian relief and development organization, with headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. I'm leading the creative team of Keşşaf, an İstanbul-based agency composed of a passionate group of strategic thinkers and creative designers who push the boundaries of marketing communications and advertising. We combine branding and marketing services with design and leading-edge communications of every kind. We do all kinds of stuff here from scratch, hands on: Advertising, Design, Film, Experience, Strategy, Digital Media and Marketing, Photography and Publishing.

Internally:- Correspond with employees, volunteers and members of the Federation to keep them informed of developments within FEDACTIO.- Create strategies to increase team and volunteer awareness and promote productivity.- Lead the communication team of FEDACTIO which is responsible for producing printed and digital material to promote the activities of the Federation and its members.Externally:- Communicate with the media and other interested parties to announce activities and developments within the federation and discuss organizational changes in a way that attempts to maintain a positive image of FEDACTIO.

I was political correspondent in Brussels in charge of monitoring Belgian politics at both the federal and regional levels. I prepared several special reports and numerous interviews for this leading Turkish newspaper.
