 Playing multiple roles in surveying for buildings, Preparing bills and meetings with client and Consultant. Planning Field works, Review information from survey team on measurement. Joining the periodical review meetings at site to discuss various quality management related issues and opportunities for system improvements. Preparing pre pour and post pour cards for concrete work as per company’s quality policy  Interfacing and coordinating with Client’s Engineers and Consultant’s Engineer for production and QC matters and coordinate with inspection agencies for all related inspection activities conformance with the plan and specifications. Coordinating QS activities, preparing technical reports. Lead and motivate a project, Particular emphasis on Quality Assurance Specifications and Statistical Quality Control.
