Ensure 0% penalties in my area of operations for the years 2018-2022 by consistently meeting the SLA.Ensure 99.9% up time for challenging territory of National NLD backbone having high priority traffic of Mumbai Ahmedabad and Indore to Ahmedabad. FLDS is having many high value customers including Google and Amazon traffic passing thru. Semi-finalist for Shape the Future challenge by Tata communication innovation group where My project "Smart Utility" got national recognition by the group. The project can save yearly 5 Cr. operation costs during fiber operations in India alone.

Essjay Ericsson Limited is 100% subsidiary of Ericsson India Limited taking care of Managed network services for VIL and RCOM. My task is to keep intact largest OFC ring of Gujarat West India during multiple infra expansion activity beside road side. 455KM coastline is having NHAI road expansion with multiple national vendors working on live OFC backbone. During NHAI expansion all utilities got shifted, some of them are GWIL and GWSSB waterlines, electrical lines, government OFC and copper lines etc., All projects are threat to backbone OFC network and multiple cuts may result entire area in blackout. Successfully handling them with demonstration of interpersonal communication skills and get my area network outages free with 99.9% up- time.End to End completion of OFC route replacement project with NHAI and deployment of Metro DWDM and Access SDH network in the region with successful vendor partner management.

• Network Transmission In charge for designated area of saurastra territory which is having Bhavnagar,Junagadh, Veraval, Jamnagar and Porbandar districts.• Responsible for maintenance and upgradation of ECI, Huawei and Cisco Tx and data Active elementshaving SDH, DWDM and Packet network types.• Responsible for deployment of active transmission inventory and integrate with live network.• Responsible to raise request for power and space requirements to the Infra provider and ensureredundancy with SPOF analysis method along with Material management.• Responsible for maintenance of NLD OFC backbones as per SLA with vendor management skill.

• Project deployment of installation, Commissioning And Integration of Nortel (OME 6110,6130, TN-1C, TN 1X, 16X ) Ericsson Marconi ADM ( OMS 1664/OMS 1684/ 4UC ), Backbone and Access Cisco routers.• Preparing path lay outs for OSP work• E1 provisioning for new sites as well as leased lines for other operator.• Supervision of Civil, electrical and other infra activities related to new sites..• Ring completion and last mile connectivity and its maintenance with fiber network • Provisioning of Media using Preside NMS.• Core areas of integrating are MOP(method of procedure) Verification, Implementation of MOP in GUI and CLI prompts, DCC Configuration, configuration using CLI of routers and multiplexers.
