Strengthening M&E system of Targeted Intervention (TIs), Link worker Scheme (LWS) & Opioid Substitution Therapy (OSTs) :• Ensuring data quality and consistency of monthly Indicator of TI Reporting (MITR) reports from TIs, LWS and OST centers.• Make field visits on frequent basis for strengthening MITR system.2. Generating evidence for Strategic planning of TI, LWS & OST programming in the state:• HRG profiling of the core functional TIs, as per NACO guideline.• Developing data based analytic reports/ Evidence based best practices/ Strategic case studies from MITR & other data sources for evidence based planning3. Compliance of reporting:• Analysis of TI/LWS/OST data on monthly basis and feedback sharing with SETU and Gujarat State Aids Control Society (GSACS).• Preparation of reports by 5th (monthly reports) and by 25th (Quarterly report) of successive month.4. Strengthening Online reporting system • Ensuring data quality and consistency of SOCH software (Straitening Over all Care for HIV beneficiary)• Capacity build of TI NGOs on SOCH• Problem solve of data entry on SOCH by continue handholding of TIs.
