Senior Director at Virgin Money/Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank, working in Acquisition & Leveraged Finance. I work as part of a well-known and active team providing leveraged and cash-flow lending facilities to large SME/Mid-Market companies undertaking a change of ownership. Transactions will usually include a Private Equity or other financial sponsor (although vendor financed/debt only transactions can be supported). Our local team work across the Midlands and South West.We specialise in providing senior debt and working capital facilities from £3m - £30m on a bilateral basis. In addition, we can work with other senior debt providers on a club basis or alongside second lien/mezzanine providers to structure comprehensive debt solutions to facilitate a range of transactions. We work with a wide range and diverse range of SME / Mid Cap sponsors of all sizes, locally and nationally.Supporting our origination team are expert relationship managers, with full transactional banking capability and services such as Treasury, Invoice Finance and Payments.Prior to joining CYBG, I worked at Lloyds Bank in Strategic Finance, providing debt financing for event driven corporate transactions across the Midlands, East and South West. Prior to that in 2012, I joined Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking on a two year rotational analyst programme, working across Financial Markets & Capital Markets. I began my career at Morgan Stanley in 2011 (having completed a summer internship in 2010). I graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Economics in 2011.
