Adjudicated banking fraud claims to make quality decisions for a positive customer experience while minimizing costs for the bank. I processed banking fraud claims where customers are disputing charges on their Visa Debit Card.

Job Responsibilities: Resolve customer’s service or billing complaints on their Visa Debit Card by investigating the claim and performing charge backs, when needed, using VIRO Visa Online Resolve. I also, contacted customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. I went through the full claim process: charge back, pre arbitration, and at times arbitration. I referred unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. I keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

• Fielding all questions and concerns regarding loans, contracts, payouts, insurance and charges to customers & authorized 3rd parties• Delaying payments and facilitating due date & payment frequency changes for the clients• Providing payout balances to customers and authorized 3rd parties• Updating customer’s personal information on their files• Promoting the use of, and send passwords for, the customers Web Interface to all customers • Contributed to the success of the business and customer service department through personal efforts enhance own knowledge and skills; assist others in achieving common goals and objectives and maintaining a respectful, positive work environment
