• Raw Material Category Manager: Strategically managed the Raw Material category for Films and Paper, having an annual spend of $60 million, achieved net savings of 2% on total spend.• Vendor Development: Successfully onboarded 3 domestic and 4 imported suppliers to diversify the supplier base.• Import Supply Planning: Responsible for Supply Planning of imported raw materials, ensuring seamless operations.• Led a Pricing project in ERP, resulting in saving of 7 man-days per month through streamlined and automated processes.• As an in-house trainer for Advanced Excel, successfully trained over 200 participants across functions pan India.

Projects included 12% increase in storage capacity at a unit, reduction in setup time for printing machines from 70 to 62 minutes, 16% boost in the output of chrome cylinders, increasing from 1800 to 2100 units per month.
