Payroll Management, social and administrative affairs.Achievements:  Change Leader; a shift in vision from contract manufacturing to being an OEM, was leading the change in organization, production, and business processes. In May 2013, Karsan team announces the launch of the 100% Karsan development minibus.

Information Systems.Achievements:  Labor relations; managed labor relations of 1.000 blue collars, prevented the organization from unionization while keeping close contact with the unions. Initiated and coordinated company wide cost reduction activities, Toyotetsu was the only Toyota Group company announcing profit in 2009. Represented the company as associate board member in Taysad (Association of Automotive Parts & Components Manufacturers)). In close contact with Ministries in Ankara, actively coordinated the complementary CE regulation published in 2007 that smoothed the import of goods from Far Eastern countries.
