• Main task is the coordination and supervision of cooperation in set countries in West Africa. This includes coordinating the formulation and implementation of policies and programs with stakeholders (including internal Commissions services, national authorities in recipient countries, EU Member States, other donors, and civil society organisations.) • Preparation of communication and dialogue on policies and projects in set countries, including external communication (e.g. annual report, website, civil society consultations) and internal (e.g. briefings and speaking points for senior management and Commissioner, exchanges with other directorates.)• Responsible for managing comitology on new Commission decisions for set countries.• Focal point in West and Central Africa unit for Human Rights and Non-State Actors. In this role I participate actively in stakeholder dialogue process of EuropeAid with civil society (e.g., Structured Dialogue initiative.)

• Main task was the development of ICCO policy on various issues (e.g. aid effectiveness, fair trade issues, fragile states, gender issues and human rights defenders.) • The job included leading and coordinating internal discussions in ICCO to provide input for policy and discussions with partner organizations and actors in countries where ICCO is active.• Interaction with relevant external actors (political actors, academia, other development agencies, etc…) for input and for lobby goals ICCO.• Production of policy documents.

Main tasks included managing relations with partner organizations in the Philippines and Indonesia that work with ICCO in the field of Democratization and Peace-building (in particular on land rights, peace-building / conflict transformation and human rights.) The job consisted of project (grant) management, monitoring visits to the projects and extensive coordination with the local partner organizations (planning, advice, coaching, evaluation), and with other ICCO partners (e.g. the European Commission and various advocacy networks). The job included policy formulation for the above region and to support overall ICCO policy making.

Main tasks included managing relations with partners in set region (first South-east Asia, then Central Africa) that were (or might be) financed by ICCO. Focus was on management, finances, and capacity building of local partners and implementing consortia. The job included extensive coordination with the partner organizations (planning, advice, coaching, evaluation), and with other ICCO partners (incl. donors such as the European Commission, the World Bank or the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation).
