Scope: Reporting to head-office financial controller with responsibilities as follows:● Review financial documents, to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles● Make monthly financial analysis statement for CEO’s decision making● Generate annual and quarterly rolling budgets, to set up a reasonable operational targets● Complete annual account reviews and performance reviews● Supervise inventory movement, to ensure the company holds reasonable stock levels.● Generate weekly and monthly sales and purchase performance analysis● Monitor daily stock movementsAchievement:● Successfully reconciled and cleaned up complicated, historical financial data and ledger.● Helped to successfully launch the company’s new inventory system.● Created annual budgeting model for the company.● Created monthly sales and margin analysis models.● Successfully coordinated the business relationships between the employer and its customers in China.
