Current- Responsible for providing direct administrative and clerical support to the Executive Vice President and 8 regional managers based in the Applus+ Middle East & Africa regional office in Dubai, UAE.
- Managed logistics and travel arrangements for the senior management team and 100+ operational staff.
- Acted as the main point of contact for suppliers, maintenance staff, and facility management providers.
- Maintained the office inventory and central filing system.
- Prepared invoices, reports and other business-related documents for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi office.
- Arranged and coordinated deliveries and shipments between offices in the region.
