職務内容：・医療業界、医療IT業界を主とした人材紹介実務に関わる全ての業務（事業計画策定、予算策定、マーケティング、営業、RA（求職者対応）、CA（顧客対応）広告用動画制作、WEBサイト編集等全般）・フルコミ嘱託社員（過去15名）のマネタイズに向けた教育サポート・都内12クリニック医療法人の在カンボジア日本語学校設立サポート及び外国人技能実習生の新規事業立ち上げ及びその採用コンサルティング、社員への営業コーチング・クラウドワークス社との業務提携　法人向け新規サービスの新規開拓営業- Responsibilities: - Managed all aspects of talent recruitment in the medical and medical IT industries. - Tasks included business planning, budgeting, marketing, sales, candidate relations (RA), client relations (CA), video production for advertising, and website editing. - Provided education and support to maximize monetization for 15 full-time commissioned employees. - Supported the establishment of a Japanese language school in Cambodia for 12 clinics within a Tokyo-based medical corporation and launched a new business for foreign technical interns, including recruitment consulting and coaching for employees. - Established a business partnership with Cloud Works for developing new services targeting corporate clients.
