作为项目责任人，负责集团新三板挂牌工作。全面负责协调券商、律师、会计师事务所等机构的业务。历时10个月，使公司股票成功实现在新三板（NEEQ）挂牌。作为集团财务部部门负责人（9人团队），统领母公司及各级子公司财务工作。推动部门变革，进行岗位职能整合以提高部门运营效率；针对公司现状，制定并推进公司预算管理制度。通过制定工作目标、考核激励、个别辅导等方法，保证部门绩效，完成总经理及董事会制定的工作目标。制定并推进公司预算管理制度的落实。负责公司的融资事务，与政府、银行、担保公司，投资机构及各股东保持积极沟通。作为公司证券事务代表与董秘办成员，负责董事会及董事会秘书工作，负责信息披露工作，确保信息披露工作及董事会、监事会、股东大会等机构运行合规合法，符合股转公司、证监会、公司法及证券法的要求。工作期间，财务部被评为公司优秀部门，个人被评为优秀部门经理。
