As an Educator at the College of Health and Allied Sciences, I collaborated with the Ministry of Health and NACTE to supervise National Technical Awards Examinations nationwide, ensuring high standards in healthcare education.In leadership roles, including Deputy Principal of Finance, Planning, and Administration, as well as Academic Research and Consultancy, I have driven strategic initiatives and fostered academic excellence. My contributions to the field are further evidenced by presenting papers on Primary Health Care and Nursing and Midwifery at scientific conferences and health summits.As a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant at the Ministry of Health Directorate of Nursing and Midwifery, I played a pivotal role in formulating National Indicators and the Operational Plan for Nursing and Midwifery Services (2024-2026), enhancing the quality and effectiveness of these essential services.My clinical experience includes supervising hospital operations and serving as a Hospital Head Nurse, where I ensured optimal patient care and operational efficiency.
