CurrentI develop, lead, monitors, and evaluate the projects ‘activities performance.I ensure program planning, monitoring, and evaluation together with other partners to address issues of public health and Primary Health care in the IDPs/refugee camps. I ensure implementation of appropriate country protocols and guidance and adherence to IMC specific guidance for public health programmingDay-to-day I solve issues that arise: Oversee projects activities at all levels, monitoring, and reporting on the progress throughout the process. I activily participate in advocacy, information sharing and communication on the health situation of populations of concern with partners, donors, other agencies, and the Government.I manage the Money: Manage all activities – labor, services, and supplies charge to the grant node.When needed I review Level of Effort reports which provide the percentage of time all InternationalMedical Corps personnel are charging to the grant.I regulary collect and document project success stories.Participates in the collection of data to evaluate the functioning of the structure.Writes activity reports on a regular basis, and adapts my activity according to the context.I coordinate the premises, equipment, supplies for cleaning premises and equipment according to the procedures defined by IMC /WHO.I define the procedures and supply of care services in logistical and medical equipment.
