I activily participate in advocacy, information sharing and communication on the health situation of populations of concern with partners, donors, other agencies, and the Government.I manage the Money: Manage all activities – labor, services, and supplies charge to the grant node.When needed I review Level of Effort reports which provide the percentage of time all InternationalMedical Corps personnel are charging to the grant.I regulary collect and document project success stories.Participates in the collection of data to evaluate the functioning of the structure.Writes activity reports on a regular basis, and adapts my activity according to the context.I coordinate the premises, equipment, supplies for cleaning premises and equipment according to the procedures defined by IMC /WHO.I define the procedures and supply of care services in logistical and medical equipment.

Identify problems and needs for the mobile health strategies, follow up the data collection and recommend context adjusted solution for improvement. Coordinate, assess and supervise the proper functioning of the external medical activities and the correct compilation and analysis of medical data and timely reporting.Update the epidemic contingency plans for the common epidemics in the area and insure availability of supplies stock in the camp.Ensure that all refugee in camps have access to primary health care, vaccination, nutrition support, reproductive health services, mental health, HIV testing.Define and implement monitoring criteria (qualitative & quantitative data collection) and reporting. Prepare the medical orders needed to implement the medical activities, and identifies non-medical support needs (material, infrastructure, transport, etc.)Ensure an efficient pharmacy and medical equipment management and monitor the rational use. Elaborate the monthly reports according to guidelines (i.e., SitReps, medical statistical reports, etc.) and definition of annual planning and budget for the project.Coordinate the medical referral activities from the camp health facilities to the district and regional referral hospitals and insure adherence to the referral SOP and referral guidelines.Responsible for the external network and active search for partners with the line manager.

Kigali Rwanda

Coordination, Planning, Monitoring, and evaluation of HIV/AIDS activities implemented by UNHCR through Africa Humanitarian Action in refugee camps of Rwanda.Guide and support partners to use the UNHCR Health Information System and collect statistics verifying Core Standards and Indicators; review monthly health data; and compile technical periodic reports as well as the Annual report on the health situation. Identify the urban refugees ’s needs in HIV/AIDS domain.Coordination and development of capacity building of urban community Workers.Ensure compilation, analysis of all data for national indicators collected in refugee camps and urban refugees.Ensure that narrative and financial reports are prepared and submitted monthly, quarterly, and annually.Ensure timely coordination and implementation of AHA led programs coordination of services between UNHCR partners, and Ministry of Health through Rwanda Biomedical centers, other UN agencies.Conduct quarterly advocacy meeting with local authorities and health care providers to address rights and reduce stigma and discrimination against key HIV positive urban refugees.Organize training and Sexual Transmitted Infections screening to the urban refugees.

Planning, Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation of community-based nutrition project funded by UNICEF through EKN project (Embassy of Kingdom of Netherlands).Organization of regular refresher training for CHWs and health facilities staff on Maternal Infant and Young children nutritionOrganize regular training of CHWs on PD/H (Positive Deviance Hart) management and reporting Strengthening the created VSLs (Villages Saving Loan Association) groups through trainings, coaching, monitoring, supervision, and equipments. Conduct quarterly advocacy meeting with local authorities and health care providers to address rights and reduce stigma and discrimination against key population in RUSIZI and NYAMASHEKE District.Distribute the agricultural inputs to the cooperatives of family members with malnourished children for the transformation of their products in Nyamasheke District.

Muhanga-Nyamasheke And Ngoma Districts

Support the District in the planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of programs and activities against HIV/AIDS throughout the district-Identify the District’s needs in HIV/AIDS domain.Ensure that the HIV/AIDS Annual action plan is consolidated and budgeted in District Development Plan.Ensure compilation, analysis, and dissemination of data for national indicators collected by partners’ implementers in HIV domain.Ensure that narrative and financial reports are prepared and submitted monthly, quarterly, and annually.Monthly data entrance in HIMS and Maintain the updated database of all stakeholders in HIV domain.Ensure all stakeholders in HIV/AIDS domain have a working approval by relevant authorities (District, Province, Ministry of local government, etc..).Coordinate World AIDS Day campaign by promoting the mission of nation AIDS commission. Sensitize political leaders and other agencies to integrate HIV/AIDS activities in their programs.
