Main ResponsibilityI.Procurement Part: 1.Coordinates sourcing plan with Company Strategy, make sure plans are completed on time, within budget and meeting target. 2.SCM (Supply Chain Management): including vendor identification, risk assessment, RFQ, quotation analysis,selection, contract negotiation & administration, vendor quality, cost, delivery management and vendor performance management. 3.PCRP : handle the purchasing cost reduction program to meet the company target every year.4.Multi Projects Managerment: which include NPD & MPF, start from project feasiability analysis, project planing, scheduling, following, controling and finishing.5.Contract Management: negotiates favorable contract terms and conditions with suppliers in line with purchasing policy and procedures. 6.Cross Functional Working: working with relevant dept, such as QA, Engineering, PMC, ect. to solve related problems. 7.Marketing Trend Information Collections: provide timely financial data on purchasing price, material and service costs in line with business and regional reporting requirements. II. Marketing part:1. Global sales meeting arrangement for VIP customers buy trip two times per year. 2. Monitoring & controling all projects from customers, from PR, RFQ, sampling, approving, ordering, following, inspecting and shipping3. Daily communication with customers and vendors for any discrepancy, 4. Weekly video meeting with customers for all outstanding order status report and new projects development status reports5. Monthly reporting the sales statistics & purchasing statistics to US sales and top manager of China officeIII. Team Management Part:1. Building, training, managing and motivation team,do performance evaluation for team member twice a year.2. Assign projects to team members, monitoring and guiding them for the whole project proccessing to make all project smoothly and under control.
