Focus: HVAC design and BIM. For this prime contractor, I produced the new 3-storey Moorpark College Learning Resource & Telecom Center in a 3D model, and generated all MEP, structural steel, HVAC, plumbing details and material-runoffs from this information.

Focus: Electric power distribution. Duties: diagramming electric power facilities; panel, switch, and transformer details; modifying civil site features; recording large-scale BOMs; sectional views; floor plans and elevations.

Focus: Aircraft production facilities. The Harbour Pointe facilities (2 buildings = 447,000 sq/ft) was my exclusive territory: to draft it all. Equipment layout; chemical cribs; conveyance routes; surrounding site features; first-aid stations; personnel/fork truck lanes; comm/power drops; administration; storage.
