Working closely with Technology Services at Condé Nast, Alpha Training provides a wide range of training services including training needs analysis, course design and delivery, and evaluation and reporting. For post room staff to managing editors, for Vogue to Vanity Fair, from London to Japan, we successfully deliver bespoke training on G Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Adobe Experience Manager.In 2018-2019 we supported Condé Nast's global rollout of G Suite, delivering presentations, webinars and classroom courses on communicating and collaborating in G Suite. We continue to deliver regular bespoke training on Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Keep, Tasks, Hangouts Meet and Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms and Sites.In 2019 we also developed and delivered training to Condé Nast's technical support staff on the global rollout of ServiceNow IT service management product. And we provided floorwalking support to all of Condé Nast's London based staff on the rollout of 8x8 VOIP business phone system.In 2018 we started delivering virtual/online training on the DAM to Condé Nast's wholly owned and licensee markets throughout the world. The DAM is Condé Nast's bespoke Adobe Experience Manager digital asset management system. Training focuses on searching for published text, images and videos, and requesting syndication.In 2016 we started providing training on Salesforce, used by Condé Nast to manage their print and digital advertising sales, track agency and client data, and run sales reports. In June 2015 Alpha Training started delivering Leadership and Management, and Personal Development training for Medway Council, providing around 20 events each year.Events included popular Espresso sessions. These 90-minute sessions are highly interactive and combine theory, discussion and practice with time for personal reflection. We run 4 sessions per day on different topics and participants attend sessions depending on their need. Soft Skills, Leadership and Management modules include: Emotional Intelligence at Work, Enabling Performance, Assertive Behaviour, Communication Skills, Making That Difficult Call, Managing Performance Capability, Managing Your Time More Effectively, Personal Organisation, Persuading and Influencing Skills, Presenting Your Proposals Effectively, Recognising and Managing Stress, Setting Goals and Objectives, Setting Performance and Behavioural Expectations, Setting Performance and Behavioural Expectations, Conducting Effective Meetings.In addition to the Espresso sessions we have delivered workshops in Leadership Behaviour, Dealing with People in Distress and a team events for the HR team. We work closely with Medway Council to adapt sessions to meet changing organisational needs. Our lead facilitator has also worked on some bespoke sessions for Medway’s Human Resource specialists.

Since 2016 Alpha Training has designed and delivered a range of courses for RBFRS as part of their Core Skills Programme. This programme has been designed to support a larger change project Vision 2019. We deliver virtual/online training and classroom courses on Mentoring, Appraisal, Managing Performance and Personal Organisation. We have developed contextualised materials which challenge participants to re-think behaviour, and incorporate RBFRS Behaviour Pillars and Vision Statements into all training.

The BBC is the world’s oldest and largest broadcasting organisation. Since 1989 Alpha Training has worked in partnership with the BBC Academy to deliver IT training. We design course materials, including video and elearning content. And we deliver virtual/online training, classroom training, and deskside coaching to staff at all levels, including a couple of DGs. Over the years we have regularly delivered up to 300 days per year of course design and delivery at BBC offices and studios throughout the UK. We have delivered business as usual training on Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OpenText Livelink content management system, and many other systems. We have also helped deliver several implementations and upgrade projects corporation wide. Working with inhouse subject matter experts we have designed new courses and materials, and delivered virtual/online training, classroom courses, and floorwalking support. For example, we have delivered several Microsoft Office migration programmes, including one where we provided up to 6 trainers per day for 18 months.Other projects include the course design and delivery for a programme planning and scheduling system, a programme commissioning system, a workflow management system, a risk management system, mobile technology, new media, and new ways of working. We have also been instrumental in the creation of the BBC's induction programme for new staff, and delivery of the online/interactive element of the programme.For example, in 2014-2015 we delivered 9 months training consultancy on Project SMART, a SAP Finance and Procurement system upgrade. This was closely followed by 5 months on a SAP SuccessFactors Talent and Learning Management System rollout. Both projects involved liaising with subject matter experts and key contacts, developing role based e-learning courses using eXact LCMS, capturing videos using Adobe Captivate, and delivering presentations to finance/HR and business users.

Alpha Training is delighted to be a preferred supplier to KPMG LLP to provide Core Curriculum training for Civil Service Learning in the UK and Overseas.We are currently providing theatre style workshops delivered by facilitator/actors on topics around Diversity and Inclusion, Respectful Behaviours, and Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination. Alpha Training works closely with KPMG and CSL to design these half day workshops for specific government departments. They include forum theatre where delegates are encouraged to influence and engage with the live performance of scenarios as both spectators and actors.We also help deliver the digital curriculum, including courses on Managing in a Digital Environment, and Digital Leadership and Innovation, to Civil Service staff throughout the UK.

Working in partnership with the Learning and Development team at Bromley Healthcare since 2001, Alpha Training develops and delivers a wide range of bespoke learning on Leadership and Management, Behavioural Skills, and Digital Technology.We provide around 50 learning events for clinical and non-clinical staff each year delivered via virtual/online training and classroom courses. We also provide pre-course and post-course activities such as questionnaires, learning contracts, case studies, and videos. IT training focuses on bespoke Microsoft Office modules. Leadership, Management, and Personal Effectiveness courses include Appraiser Skills, Appraisee Skills, Assertiveness, Developing People, Interview Skills, Managing People, Managing Change, Moving into Leadership, Notes/Minute Taking, PA Development, Presenting with Impact, Programme Management, Project Management, Prioritising/Time Management, Recruitment and Selection, Report Writing, Teamwork. We have also worked with Bromley Healthcare to introduce a Preceptorship programme for newly qualified Nurses and other Healthcare professionals, a Care Co-ordination Centre programme for Hub Team Leaders and Co-ordinators, and a new appraisal systems to staff and deliver ongoing Appraiser and Appraisee courses.

In June 2020 Alpha Training started providing Learning & Development Services to the National Lottery Heritage Fund. Within the first month of working together, we have created and delivered two new bespoke courses for the NLHF - Note/Minute Taking and Project Management Fundamentals. Following successful pilot courses designed for virtual/online delivery, we are pleased to be delivering these courses on a regular basis, as well as other courses in future.

Tiger Eye implements document, email and knowledge management solutions for clients in the legal, financial and professional services. Alpha Training works in partnership with Tiger Eye to provide training on their iManage Work solution to their clients. We design bespoke courses and course materials for new iManage Work implementations and upgrades, and deliver virtual/online training, classroom courses, deskside coaching, and video content. Working closely with Learning & Development and Group Support Services, I develop and deliver bespoke training in Livelink and ProjectWise document management systems. Courses are delivered to staff - mostly engineering project teams - based in offices throughout the world, either face to face or using online learning technology such as Webex.
