I am a relationship-oriented marketing Specialist with a passion for customer service. I have spent the last 2+ years with Teesnap, working on progressive responsibility in marketing and customer support settings. I have had enormous impact on customer loyalty and brand affinity through my relationship building skills, issue resolution, and the systemic improvements I have implemented to increase customer support. One of my largest professional passions is training and process development. I have had many opportunities to build more efficient ways of working for my teams as well as training colleagues to leverage resources and best practices to perform at a high level. Putting my coworkers, customers, and myself in a position to succeed is incredibly rewarding and I look forward to continuing that work as I progress through my career! When I’m not hard at work or studying the latest marketing trends / technology, I like to find time to exercise my creative mind. I am an artist/painter and I recently started learning pottery. I also enjoy playing a variety of sports and travelling whenever I get the chance.
