I wrangle content for our stellar clients in the professional services industries, including law firms, B2B SaaS, and healthcare. I collaborate with our teams on creating and implementing content strategy, work with clients to uncover their unique points of view and valuable messaging opportunities, and guide collaborators in producing content that converts throughout the sales funnel.As part of my role, I lead content processes and align them both the strategic viewpoints of clients while ensuring the practical elements of creation are managed. This involves adjusting workflows, continually evaluating messaging, and maintaining the flow of communication between parties.

Worked with CEO healthcare educational provider to develop and maintain social media, create thought-leadership content, and manage all aspects of their digital platform. Crafted marketing enablement tools for product launches and established processes for ongoing market and audience research.

As Web Content Specialist, I planned and produced social media activity, digital signage, and email marketing campaigns for Kitsap Regional Library. I managed the Library's website, KRL.org, overseeing all aspects of content development, architecture, and user experience. Additionally, I handled internal digital branding efforts, including SharePoint design and staff materials, in collaboration with the Library's IT department.

I managed all marketing activity for Harbor History Museum, from creating weekly newsletters to writing press releases to developing social media strategies to Museum activities. I also coordinated special events at Harbor History Museum. I ran the monthly concert series in collaboration with a local talent consultant and producer, planned art exhibits for the Museum's lobby and temporary gallery, and developed lecture and book discussion series for the community.

As the Head Editor for Washington state (February-July 2014) and Senior Editor for INALJ Canada (January 2015-November 2015), overseeing the Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Northwest Territories, I maintained sites for these territories, supervised the activities of assistant editors, tracked job statistics, and blogged for INALJ about topics in librarianship such as leadership, project management, and collaboration.

As an adult services librarian, I provided reference and readers' advisory services to the public, as well as assistance with library technology and resources. In addition to this, my main areas of responsibility include interdepartmental programming for all ages, readers advisory, developing the library's social media and web presence, and coordinate our biannual series of technology training workshops. I have a particular interest in outreach and engagement and work extensively with various community organizations to develop educational workshops for library users.
