• Deputize the SOS project manager and be the company liaison with client to establish good and productive work relationship.• Devise and implement the mechanism ensuring the achievement of the operational and administrative requirement of contract.• Exercise authority and implementation services quality control measures covering all aspect of contract delivery.• Carry out day and night operational controls as may b required regularly, carry out motorized and foot patrols of the area under my responsibility.• Collect and transmit information of attendance staff rotation of SOS to the HR department as instructed by the hr manger of the company.• Elaborate and send weekly reports to the pm and company head office.• Carry out regular inspection of durations of one or two fully days and SOS operations.• Report immediately on any abnormalities, urgencies, breaches to the smooth run of services, special events, threats, attacks, or subversive actions, labour issues, corporal or traffic/road accidents incidents with clients, incident with local authorities and other events susceptible to carry negative impact or damage to the organization.• Receive and implementing orders or special instructions for the security of assigned areas.• Development and implementation of measures aiming to assure a higher level of service quality and continues improvement.• Participate in the development of adapted post orders, job descriptions, patrol programs and training programs.• Maintain of on the job and ongoing security guards, supervisor and special services personnel training programs.• Creation and implementation of attack and penetration exercise, in conjunction with the special services department to increase the level of detection of local guard force.• Review of security reports, administration actions, staffing, scheduling and other documentation generated by security staff.

- Develop action plan aligned to the main office security strategies to carry out security risk assessment as required.- Coordinate the assessment, development and implementation of the program capacity building plan for security management based on local security assessment.- Cash service (CIT/ATM’s) Project management, supervision and implementation of designed systems into new & existing security infrastructure.- Manage fleet of armored vehicle carrying out deliveries & cash collections for local & international customers.- Practice integrated security solutions including physical security and logical access control system, intrusion detection system, net work intrusion system and CCTV.- Provide expert, timely and relevant advice to management; ensure the organization’s leaders are informed and knowledgeable about security – related issues.- Championing security efforts towards compliance with regulatory standards & best practice, seek to develop a culture of security awareness and monitor staff compliance.- Provide appropriate specialist support to investigations; ensure adequate procedures are in place for response, forensics and recovery.- Provide specialist guidance to company employees on corporate security and risk matters and advising the management on security policies, procedures and compliance.- Proactively researching and recommending suitable security solutions to further secure and safeguard company systems & assets and ensure protection of people; share this knowledge with relevant personnel, thereby adding value to the wider organization.- Develop and maintain effective records management system for security related equipment & tools like CIT vehicle ignition keys, ATM’s keys, Dongles, Combination, fire fighting equipment, first aid kits, trauma kits and protective equipment for all secure locations.- Managing and monitoring radio network, conducting radio calls, compiling and providing daily incidents and crime summary reports.

- Implement session for testing all alarm systems ensure system working ok. Alarm systems include; panic buttons, remote buttons & fire exits. Follow-up for rectification of any fault.- Operate and test all CCTV systems to ensure system working ok. CCTV system include; cameras, screens and DVR’s.- Monitor events on CCTV to ensure serviceability and identify any internal/external physical security threats. Follow-up for rectification of any identified defectives.- Carry out body searches on person(s) accessing the centre and take custody of all dangerous items. The search is aimed to meet the following objectives; identify any offensive weapons, Identify Initiative Incendiary devices (IID) and Incendiary Explosive Devices (IED), Identify inflammable substances, corrosive and toxic materials that may be used to impediment smooth operation. - Conduct regular audits of all CIT Vehicles, sure lock keys, rear door keys & Branch Keys; check Tag and seals; ensure compliance of procedures and update key inventories regularly.- Supervise manned Security Officers within cash centre by ensuring they have all reported on duty and to their specific assignment.- Arrest and detain for interrogation any person/staff suspected to have been involved in theft or any overt activities.- Collect, collate and disseminate relevant intelligence to Branch and cash crew members in an effective and timely manner; ensure crew report suspicious incidents and fully understand and utilize safer cash resources
