I am a trial attorney in the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office. I handle cases including, but not limited to: RICO, homicides, and gang prosecutions. I have successfully tried over 20 jury trials to verdict.I received my B.S. from Valdosta State University and my J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. While attending Syracuse, I served as an intern to the Honorable Theodore A. McKee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, a student-attorney for the Securities Arbitration & Consumer Law Clinic, where I provided free legal counsel to low-income clients concerning various consumer rights, and a research assistant for three law professors. As a research assistant, I helped investigate unsolved racially motivated murders during the Civil Rights era and researched and drafted revisions to the U.S. Tax Code. I was an honorary member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Black Law Students Association President.
